Breast milk production during the postpartum period is often influenced by maternal knowledge, motivation, and breastfeeding skills. Effective education can improve lactation success, one of which is through animated video media that is engaging and easy to understand. This study aimed to determine the effect of animated video-based lactation education on breast milk production among postpartum mothers at Sartika Manurung Clinic. A quasi-experimental method with a pre-test and post-test design was applied to the intervention group. The sample consisted of [number of respondents] postpartum mothers selected through purposive sampling. The intervention involved showing an animated lactation education video for [duration] minutes, followed by a brief discussion. Breast milk production was measured using indicators such as breastfeeding frequency, expressed milk volume, and signs of adequate intake in infants. The results showed a significant increase in the average breast milk production after the intervention (p < 0.05). In conclusion, animated video-based lactation education is effective in improving breast milk production among postpartum mothers.
